Fruition | Words From Kate
Yahoo! I did it! One of my dreams came true. I led my first international retreat! It was wonderful with a lot of learning, growth and so much fun. This morning as I went for a jog on the beach. The sun was rising over my left shoulder and the moon was setting over my right shoulder. I had to stop and take it all in. As I did waves of gratitude washed over me;gratitude to all of you for helping this dream reach fruition.
Thank you so very much for all your support, appointments, kind words, understanding and love you have bestowed upon me. I am truly a blessed individual.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you!

Mindful Moment | The WONDERful Present
The act of wondering is a great way to bring us into the present moment. When we wonder, we are like a child discovering our fingers or the feel of sand between our toes. Wonder helps time stand still. I wondered about many things during my recent trip to Mexico, and as a result I feel that my trip was much longer than 10 days. And, might I add, that new budding research shows that feelings of wonder also increase immune system function! Taking the time to just wonder is a health and wellness mega-booster!
YOUR ASSIGNMENT: I encourage you to take a moment each day and wonder. The act of wonder is anything we want it to be. Maybe it is noticing all the colors of green in spring, stopping to watch a hummingbird, enjoying a great book or meditating on a piece of art. It can be stopping and feeling the way the wind moves across your face or discovering a book that really takes you to a different world. Anything that makes you pause and be present is wonder. Wondering helps your life become even more wonder-FULL!
