Tapping In Joy To Let Go Of Fear

Here is a Tapping In Joy (Emotional Release Technique) exercise that you can do TODAY to clear yourself of worry, stress, fear, ANYTHING that it not serving you and your light.

When doing TIJ, lightly tap your third eye acupressure point or tap your "karate chop" point with is found along the outer edge on the pinky side of your hand. Repeat this practice 3 times.
