Tapping In Joy | Finding Balance
Here's a very quick and easy Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT aka Tapping) exercise from when you are feeling a little off balance.
You will only be tapping on your Karate Chop point (see picture). Here's a guide to get your started
>> Find a quiet place where your can practice tapping with out interruption for at a minimum of 5 minutes.
>> Before your begin tapping, identify the emotion your are feeling and rate it's intensity on a scale of 0-10.
>> Repeat out loud the statement below while simultaneously tapping with two figures lightly on your "karate chop" point. Repeat 3 times.
Even though I have feelings of state your emotions (i.e. stress, anxiousness, etc.), I completely love, accept, and forgive myself.
>> Follow with your own variation of the following, while continuing to tap on your Karate Chop point. Repeat 3 times.
I give myself permission to relax, to be in flow. I allow life to be graceful, filled with ease and joy. I am on my own side, completely loving and accepting me. All is well, all will be well.
