Guided Visualization To Release Stress
Feeling stress, anxiety and fear right now is normal, but learning to manage it is essential to maintaining optimal health. In fact, nutrition, stress management and sleep are the three fundamental element to support our immune systems. However, without managing our stress, eating and sleeping can be a challenge for some. In this guided visualization, we begin with the breath and the lungs as our first step to releasing what isn’t ours (exhale) and in turn bringing all that we need (inhale) for that moment.
