A Guided Metta Meditation : Loving Kindness

In Metta Meditation we direct loving kindness and compassion towards ourselves and then others. This meditation is a prayer for ourselves and others and often replaces fear, anger, or frustration with a sense of love, peace and gentleness. In-joy!
