Think about some seeds you want to water in your life. Maybe it is the seeds of contentment or joy. Maybe it is the seeds of completion or curiosity. Whatever you choose, take the next month and write each day 3 to 5 ways in which you see those seeds sprouting up, growing and blooming into your life.

For example, if you chose joy, you might write about the hearty laughter at a "knock knock" joke. If you chose curiosity, you might note the difference in flavor and texture of of your chocolate bar after it melted.

The really cool thing is that the act of recognition alone helps us to connect to our intentions and desires, and, as we are connecting to the fruits of our intentions, more results show up. And that is the watering process!
