A Guided Body Scan Meditation
I shared this last summer when my personal focus was more on body positivity, and I am sharing it again now in hopes that we can shine light, gentleness, and love on our body’s incredible capacity to be whole and healthy, even in the face of challenge. Self criticism and aches and pains can make it hard for me to really give my body the love and appreciation it deserves for carrying me through each day. Yet, our bodies are made to be resilient and are capable of incredible things! This 15 meditation is a great way to tune in, listen and feel gratitude for our bodies. In-joy!
