Another great, green smoothie recipe!
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- 2 ribs of celery, chopped
- 1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 4 cups of sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup of hemp seeds (optional)
- Blend spinach, coconut milk and almond milk until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth
- Add milk for desired consistency
